We introduce ourselves as one of the leading manufacturer of Transformer Tanks for upto 765kV Class Power Transformers in the SME sector In Maharashtra - India with the required infrastructure for Handling, Lifting, Erection, Assembly, Testing Facilities at our works.

We are also specialized in the manufacture of Rectifier Transformer Tanks upto 150 KA DC and Furnace Transformer Tanks upto 150MVA. We are major suppliers of Transformer Tanks to Transformer Companies And also Export directly to Transformer Companies in U.S.A. and Middle East.

CAPACITY AND UPGRADATION UPDATE:

In our constant endeavour to upgrade our factory for handling better quality jobs, we have decentralised production of loose components like pipelines, conservator, fan brackets, headers, A-frames, etc to a separate unit which is within 5 minutes distance from the Main factory premises.

The Main Tank Factory now handles tank, cover, bottom tank in a more orderly pattern and the final assembly, etc gets a better floor space. The Main Tank Factory also has a blasting / painting area attached to it. Hence all processes are conducted IN-HOUSE. We are now equipped to produce 2500 Tons per annum as also to undertake jobs of higher ratings upto 765KV Another step taken in formatting the despatches is to BUBBLE PACK the loose components so that they reach the customer in a more neat, safer and identifiable format.

ALTERNATIVE POWER SOURCE FACILITY:

We have installed 42.5 KVA Diesel Generator Set to maintain the continuity of work during power cuts / failure.

LOCATIONAL ADVANTAGE:

We are situated in the Co-operative Industrial Estate at Sinnar (Nashik) which holds proximity to customer hubs at Mumbai/Thane (3 hours) as also to Vadodara/Ahmedabad in Gujarat (6 hours). The JNPT Port is also nearby.
